INTERACTIVE CONCERT
CHILDREN'S MUSIC WORKSHOP
 
Interactive concert features children's choir performing compositions for children that last for 45 to 60 minutes. There will be interaction with children and parents in the audience between songs. The choir leader will specify the model or a short rhythmic music game, together with a particular group of children performing, for the parents and children in the audience to repeat. Answers from the audience to questions from the choir create an interaction that gives the overall feeling of a music game. Voice exercises or tongue-twisters will also be one of the tasks for the audience. Sometimes individuals in the audience will have the opportunity to perform a task on their own. Since children learn faster than adults, it will be possible to compare the tasks performed by children and then the parents. This way children connect with children and with parents. It is important to point out that this interactive concert gives children in the audience the opportunity to become participants of the concert themselves and thus relieve various types of barriers. It encourages the development of creativity, cognitive skills, openness and team spirit.
